Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of realignmarketing.net and, together with your signed service agreement, your relationship with ReAlign Marketing. Effective September 1, 2026.

The Short Version

Using this website means you accept these Terms. If you’re a client, the specific scope, deliverables, and fees for your SEO campaign live in your separate signed service agreement. These Terms don’t replace it.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of realignmarketing.net (the “Site”), operated by ReAlign Marketing, located at 10261 Benton St, Broomfield, CO 80020. By visiting or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Description of Services

ReAlign Marketing provides local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and related digital marketing services to service businesses in the Denver metro area. This Site describes those services generally: the actual scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate signed proposal or service agreement between you and ReAlign Marketing, which governs in the event of any conflict with this Site’s content.

Use of This Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site for commercial use without permission
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and the ReAlign Marketing name and branding, is owned by ReAlign Marketing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No Guarantee of Results

Search engine rankings, Map Pack placement, call volume, and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including Google’s algorithm, your competitors, and your market. The results, timelines, and case studies shown on this Site reflect real outcomes reported by specific clients and are not a guarantee of similar results for your business. Any performance estimates we provide are projections, not promises.

Client Service Agreements

If you become a ReAlign Marketing client, your specific scope of work, deliverables, reporting cadence, fees, and payment terms are set out in a separate signed agreement or proposal. That agreement, not this Site, governs the terms of our working relationship. Fees are billed according to the schedule outlined in your agreement.

Testimonials & Submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content to us (for example, in response to a review request), you grant ReAlign Marketing permission to display and reference it on this Site and in our marketing materials, with attribution as you’ve provided it.

Third-Party Links & Tools

This Site may link to third-party websites and tools, including Google’s own properties. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.
